Aprimo Launches Financial Services Forum, a foundation for strong Financial Services customer engagement in 2017

Aprimo proudly welcomed 19 customers from 12 leading Financial Services companies to Chicago last week to kick off the Financial Services Industry Advisory Council. Representing roughly $2 billion in marketing spend, these customers, mostly long-time Aprimo users, committed a day and a half of their time to network with their peers and learn more about the new Aprimo.
“We’re humble and we’re hungry,” declared John Stammen, Aprimo’s CEO. “We are grateful for our customers and we are eager to continue to the journey towards smarter marketing with them.”
Kevin Souers, Aprimo’s Chief Product Officer, shared the company’s design philosophy, emphasizing that the move to Microsoft’s Azure cloud service brings many benefits to both the customers and Aprimo. Franklin-Templeton's Dean Brown delivered what was essentially the keynote session, a success story about their move from an on-premise solution to the new Aprimo pure SaaS one.
The afternoon culminated in a working session, a continuation from the morning’s Product Roadmap discussion with Eric Teitsma, VP of Product Management. After sharing some target dates for new functionality, Eric continued to wow the group with some previews of new UX and soon-to-be-released features. The workshop-style session was highly interactive with customers shaping the discussion and adding many post-it questions and requests to the “Ask Aprimo Anything” board on the wall. Many customers expressed a desire for more, longer events like this.
