- Annotations
- The next-gen user experience in Aprimo’s Annotations includes Side-by-Side which allows users to compare two versions of an asset in one viewer.

- Adobe Experience Manager Connector Enhancements
- Assets that live in Adobe Experience Manager can be seamlessly searched from within Aprimo and added to Aprimo workflow tasks.
- ERP Connectors
- The ERP Connector for Aprimo Marketing Operations provides an out-of-the-box, configurable solution for passing activity, supplier, and financial data between Aprimo and an ERP system.
- Forecast Approval Option
- A new forecast approval method has been added to help streamline processes. If the activity is multi-funded, it sends approval requests to all funding account contacts listed on the activity.
- Expanded Budget Transfer Permissions
- The newly expanded budget transfer permissions give administrators more control over which users have permission to transfer funds between funding accounts.
Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- DAM Available in the Cloud
- Aprimo Digital Asset Management is available as a full, SaaS offering giving our customers scalability, quicker implementations, and significantly lowering the total cost of ownership. Keep your eye out for more updates and new features releasing in the weeks to come.
- List Output Enhancements
- When users initially configure a list output file, there is a verify button that checks if the file already exists. This is a safety feature to make sure users do not accidentally overwrite existing files.
- Also, when users generate a list output file, a hyperlink is created so users can easily and quickly access the list.
- Secure FTP Agent
- Our Secure FTP agent gives users the ability to easily and securely send output data to any marketing execution vendor or any execution channel whether it be email, direct mail, SMS, mobile, etc.
- Lead Nurturing
- We are excited to announce that the Early Adopter Program for Aprimo Distributed Marketing’s Lead Nurture is open. Our Lead Nurture capabilities give local marketers and channel partners the power to automatically nurture leads throughout the entire buyer’s journey and provide their prospects and customers with a more tailored and localized experience.
- Email marketing and digital advertising are part of Aprimo’s Lead Nurturing capabilities. Check back to see the additional channels we plan on adding.
- Lastly, we have added more functionality to Lead Scoring. Now users can manage local channels through activity logging for individual contacts.
